My new book is in . . . my hands!
Hello everyone--
Very few people have seen this blog but I did want to let out a tiny peep of joy that my seventh book, EYES OF DESIRE 2: A DEAF GLBT READER, is finally out. I'm just shocked by how good it really looks. I guess I had low expectations or something, but wow! I'm just very happy about the fact that my three-year journey is actually over.
You would think that I can finally go to bed and rest. (Hah! I'm giving a short presentation in White Bear Lake tomorrow evening.)
And of course, I'm now waiting for a shipment of padded bubble envelopes so I can ship those lovely babies to their new parents who can't wait to read all about the Deaf GLBT community from all over the world! (Sorry about that, but we're all just gonna have to wait.)
Hugs,
Raymond

Well, I took those nice book shots last night.
But you really need a new hair-do! LOL.
Lou:
Yes, I quite agree. I expect to lose more of my hair on Monday. But I'll post a few of your pix featuring my new book in all its glory soon!
Hugs,
Raymond
Well I'm starting to feel like we live on Venus: it's been cloudy and/or rainy for weeks, it seems.
A bright day will yield the best photos of your new 'do. Can't wait to see it!
Congratulations Ray. You got it made!
I am surprised you moved to Minneapolis (my home town. We live in Moorhead, MN which borders Fargo, ND. That is a good three and half hours drive from here.
Currently, I am a graduate student at Minnesota State University at Moorhead, MN. Majoring in the Masters of Liberal Arts with emphasis in English and Literature
BTW, we all are getting older and wiser everyday. In spite of that you still look wonderful!

I can't wait to get my hands on this beautiful book.
Brenda,
Great to hear from you after so many years!
I ran into your brother Alan last weekend, so he told me about your new life. I'm very happy for you!
If you want to email me privately, you know where to look. :-)
Hugs,
Raymond
